Personalisation Guide

Everything you need to know in about three minutes β€” fonts, icons, sizes, and exactly where each label goes.

How ordering works

  1. Type the name β€” up to 20 characters, plus an optional second line for a class, year group or room number.
  2. Pick your style β€” four fonts, six colour themes and twelve icons. The live preview on every product page shows exactly how it will print.
  3. Choose your pack size and add to basket. Tick β€œEmail me a proof first” if you'd like to approve the design before we print (adds one working day).
  4. We print within 48 hours and post letterbox-friendly by Royal Mail.

Fonts

Classic β€” clear and rounded, teachers' favourite. Playful β€” chunky and friendly. Handwritten β€” soft and personal. Fancy β€” flowing script, lovely for water bottles (less ideal for very long names).

Getting the strongest stick

Clean, dry, room-temperature surfaces. Press firmly for 10 seconds. Wait 24 hours before the first wash. That's it β€” the adhesive does the rest.

πŸ’‘ Rule of thumb for pack sizes: one child starting school typically uses 40–60 labels across uniform, bottle, lunchbox, shoes and stationery. The 60-pack or the Back-to-School Mega Pack covers it comfortably.
