Yes — pick “Custom” and type up to 30 characters, e.g. “Sesame Allergy” or “No Dairy Please”.

Yes — tested through 50+ cycles, the steriliser and 40°C washes. If one ever fails, the Stay-Stuck Guarantee gets you a free reprint.

Stick-on is fastest (no iron, sticks to the wash tag, fine at 40°C). Iron-on is permanent and the right choice for 60°C washes, PE kit that lives in the machine, and care home laundry.

Yes — medium heat, thin cloth over the label, 15-second press. Full instructions in every pack.

Yes — BPA-free waterproof vinyl and child-safe adhesive on every label.

We print within 48 hours (working days). Royal Mail 2nd Class then takes 2–3 days; 1st Class 1–2 days; Tracked 24 available.

Not at launch — UK only for now.

Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind (they've got your child's name on them!), but if we made a mistake, anything arrives damaged, or a label fails within 12 months, we reprint free or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Choose the iron-on option — it's rated for commercial wash temperatures. We'd avoid stick-on tags for care settings that wash above 40°C.
